At Occasions & Co., our curated packages are designed to meet you exactly where you are, whether you need full-service planning, month-of coordination, or something uniquely in between. Each offering is thoughtfully crafted to provide support, elegance, and peace of mind—so you can focus on what truly matters: celebrating your love.

  • Our Day of Coordination package is designed to relieve you from any stress beginning the week of your wedding.  The most important item of this package is the fact that it is our goal to ensure you, your fiancé and your family and friends enjoy your special day while we handle everything else! We’re the first to arrive at the venue and the last to leave. We’ll work closely with your wedding party and vendors to make sure your special day runs as smoothly as you envisioned it. ​

    • Unlimited communication with your Coordinator from the moment you secure our services.​

    • Unlimited hours on your wedding day (we’re the first to arrive and the last to leave)!​

    • We start working with you on your wedding 2 weeks before the big day!​

    • We will work with you to create a detailed wedding day timeline.​

    • We Become your vendors main point of contact at the 1-week mark.​

    • A Senior Event Coordinator and an Associate Event Coordinator will be present during the duration of your wedding.​

    • We manage your wedding day schedule and ensure everything is happening when it’s supposed to!​

    • We assist the photographer gathering your family & wedding party for pictures!​

    • We handle all the setup & decorating.​

    • We manage any emergencies that may arise.​

    • Direct vendors and assist them as needed.​

    • Distribution of any last-minute payments or gratuities to vendors.​

    • We handle all the cleaning / packing up at the end of your wedding.​

  • You've secured the big stuff like finding a venue and a few vendors, but you are overwhelmed when it comes to finalizing the smaller details such as what rentals to order and how to stay in budget without compromising your vision. We can step in and help you stay on task, secure any remaining vendors, and ensure that all your plans are working seamlessly.​

  • For the couple who just got engaged and either don’t know where to begin or whose busy lifestyle doesn't leave time for planning a wedding. We are with you from start to finish. We'll help you design the perfect event that truly reflects your personality and vision.  From securing vendors and finding the perfect location to coordination of both the ceremony and reception, we will be there until the last guest leaves.​

    • Everything included in the Month of Coordination Package PLUS!!!​

    • Assistance with budget creation and maintenance.​

    • Assistance with theme design & creation!​

    • Assistance with stationery (i.e., save the dates, invitations etc.)​

    • Recommendations of vendors and venues​

    • Establish a wedding timeline so that you are always aware of what we are working on and what you need to do.​

    • Checking the availability of venues and vendors​

    • Setting and attending appointments for site visits and vendors such as menu tastings and cake tastings as your schedule allows​

    • Site visit to ceremony and reception venue prior to the wedding to develop a floor plan and discuss decor and event flow.​

    • Review all vendor and venue contracts.​

    • Vendor management​

    • We’ll be your vendor’s point of contact from the get-go. ​

    • Arrange for guest transportation for the wedding party.​

    If our prebuilt packages don't fit your needs and or your budget, we've created a "Name Your Price" package, where we will send you a questionnaire to let us know what's most important to you and the budget you've set aside, and we'll get back to you with a quote on what we can do!​
