Packages

At Occasions & Co., we understand that every corporate event is a reflection of your brand. Whether you’re hosting a meeting, trade show, or company celebration, our tailored packages are designed to impress, engage, and run seamlessly from start to finish. With dedicated resources and flexible enhancements, we take care of the details so you can focus on what matters — making an impact.

  • Trailblazer Package - Small Meetings

    • 4 hours planning communication with your Coordinator

    • Up to 8 hours on event date

    • Become your vendors’ main point of contact including but not limited to finding and securing a meeting venue and catering

    • We arrive at the venue as soon as it is available

    • We handle all setup 

    • Manage any emergencies that may arise

    • Manage and coordinate all supplies, rentals and materials needed

    • We handle all the cleaning / packing up at the end of the event

    • Typically, no more than ~20 attendees

    • Multi-day meetings are staffed at an additional $250 per day


    Entrepreneur Package - Large Meetings
     

    • 8 hours planning communication with your Coordinator

    • Up to 12 hours on event date

    • We become your vendors’ main point of contact including but not limited to finding and securing a meeting venue and catering

    • We arrive at the venue as soon as it is available

    • We handle all setup 

    • Manage any emergencies that may arise

    • Manage and coordinate all supplies, rentals and materials needed

    • Procure and manage AV as needed

    • We handle all the cleaning / packing up at the end of the event

    • Typically, no more than ~100 attendees

    • Multi-day meetings are staffed at an additional $500 per day

  • Keynote Package - Trade Shows

    • Unlimited communication with your Coordinator

    • Offer ideas & recommendations

    • Unlimited hours on event date

    • We become your vendors main point of contact

    • Create a detailed event timeline

    • We arrive at the venue as soon as it becomes available

    • We handle all the setup & logistics

    • Manage any emergencies that may arise

    • Direct vendors and assist them as needed

    • We handle all the cleaning / packing up at the end of the event

  • Silver Package - Day of Event

    • Unlimited communication with your Coordinator

    • Unlimited hours on event date

    • Start working with you on your event 1 week before the event

    • Create a detailed event timeline

    • Become your vendors main point of contact

    • We arrive at the venue as soon as it is available

    • We handle all the setup & decorating

    • Manage any emergencies that may arise

    • Direct vendors and assist them as needed

    • We handle all the cleaning / packing up at the end of the event

    Gold Package - Event Design

    • Unlimited communication with your party planner from the moment you secure our services.

    • We start working on your event the moment you secure our services.

    • Invitation & RSVP management 

    • Party to-do list

    • Your party to-do list is everything you'll need to think about from start to finish but the great thing about this is, your party planner will manage this for you in a scheduled format and keep you prompted on anything you may have forgotten. 

    • Venue Selection

    • Your party planner will provide you with venue options that meet your needs and budget for your party.  If you already have a venue in mind, that is great! We can contact your preferred location and get everything secured.

    • Assist with budget creation and maintenance.

    • Your party planner will discuss your party budget with you and advise the best options to bring your party to life, while staying within your budget!

    • Design and Theme Creation

    • Tell us the theme you would like at your party, and we will do the rest! 

    • Vendor Selection & Management 

    • We’ll assist you in finding all the vendors needed for your party (i.e., caterers, bartenders, DJ’s, floral)

    • Day of Party Planner

    • Your party planner will be onsite prior to the event to get everything set up and decorated.  They’ll make sure the event runs smoothly and they’ll also be there to do the cleanup at the end of the party.

  • Executive Package - Inclusive Services on Retainer
     

    This package is for scaling companies who find themselves needing a more dedicated resource for their event planning needs, but do not have the desire to hire one full-time. 

    Let Occasions be your event team! You’ll have access to all the Occasions resources including our experienced team of leads and event associates to handle all your event needs.

    We know how important events and traditions are to company culture and engagement. We will partner with you and leverage our years of experience in leading and planning hundreds of events to bring your vision to life! 

  • Branded Goods
     

    • Initial design consultation included

    • Your Occasions coordinator will work with our in-house graphic design team to create swag and materials that will blow-away your attendees 

    • We will work with you to source goods and materials that fit your budget and maximize your brand impact
