Occasions & Co. is proud to announce the transition of Partner Tiffany Hartman into the role of Chief Marketing Officer, marking an exciting new chapter in the company’s continued growth and evolution.
Tiffany has served as Chief Operating Officer for the past several years, where she played a key role in building the operational foundation of the company and supporting its rapid growth. From internal systems to client experience, her leadership has helped shape Occasions & Co. into the brand it is today.
One of Tiffany’s most impactful contributions was leading the company’s rebrand from Occasions Events & Design to Occasions & Co.—a transformation that better reflects the company’s expanded services, elevated client experience, and long-term vision. Her creative direction and attention to detail were instrumental in bringing that new identity to life.
With a professional background rooted in graphic design and marketing, Tiffany brings a thoughtful, design-forward approach to everything she touches. Her ability to pair creativity with strategic, long-term thinking makes her uniquely positioned to lead the company’s marketing efforts as it continues to grow.
In her new role as Chief Marketing Officer, Tiffany will oversee all brand and marketing initiatives across Occasions & Co., while continuing to lead client-facing design. This includes signage, invitations, wedding websites, save the dates, and other custom design elements—areas she has long been passionate about and deeply involved in. This transition allows her to more fully focus on elevating both the client experience and the company’s overall brand presence.
